Assalamualaikum.. and Welcome to my blog!

ZAYDA CAKE COTTAGE was a Muslim shop establised in 2003 and still operate till now. Before moving to Bandar Baru Rawang, ZCC was located at Selayang Bharu till mid 2005. Our shop was located at No. 12 Jalan Bandar Baru Rawang, 48000 Rawang, Selangor.

The Owner, Puan Zaidah has a Certificate in Cakes, Cookies & Decorating Cake, Certificate in Sugar Paste & Fondant, Certificate in Making Bun & Bread, Certificate in Pastry, in a year of 1996 at one of the established Baking of School in Petaling Jaya (English Hotbread School of Baking) and Kepong. And now she is here in Bandar Rawang created a warm and cossy homemade bakery cottage.

After a year she decided to trained her daughter in baking line and advice to take a course in baking. Alhamdulillah she finished her course in 2019 which get Certificate in Decorating Cakes, Certificate in Sugar Paste & Fondant, Certificate in Culinary Arts & Certificated in Making Cakes, Bun & Bread in MIB (Malaysian Institute of Baking) (Fomerly known as English Hotbread School of Baking).
